Note: The Board of Director will work closely with the management company in all the above tasks initially. We will use Quickbook for financial accounting and data sharing with members of HOA. Quickbook will ensure transparency and efficiency in our accounting.
2) Managing Insurance, Contracts, & Vendors
  • Review Building and Directors insurance
  • Review existing vendors’ contracts – We would like to continue with existing vendors unless there is compelling reason to change after review.
  • Bring maximum efficiency to maintenance issues, from reporting to handling to resolution.
3) Managing Homeowner Meetings & Notices
  • Meeting Logistics – Arrange meeting locations (reservations), notices to homeowners (email, notice boards & website), recording & publishing minutes (email, notice boards or website), prepare Property Manager status report
  • Annual Meeting Logistics – Manage full process of annual meeting including, logistics, notices, voting, and certifying results.
  • Homeowner Yearly Notices – Manage mailing of required yearly notices to homeowners per statutory requirements
